A small crew that makes things in front of your guests
The Magnet Tails is based in Chandigarh. We bring a counter, two printers, a camera and a few people to your venue, and for two to four hours we make personalised souvenirs while your guests watch. That is the whole business.
How this started
The idea is simple enough that it barely needs explaining: most wedding favours are opened in the car and forgotten by the weekend, and a fridge magnet is not. It ends up in a kitchen and stays there. Everything else we do grew out of that one observation.
How we work
- We tell you if a smaller package covers your event. Overbooking a stall is the fastest way to not get recommended.
- Everything that costs extra is quoted on the enquiry. Nothing appears for the first time on the invoice.
- We carry a second printer to every event. It has been needed often enough to be non-negotiable.
- Our specs are published rather than quoted on request, because planners should not have to phone us to build a run sheet.
Before the guests arrive
Ninety minutes of setup that nobody at the event ever sees.
Where we work
Based in Chandigarh, with no travel charge anywhere in the Tricity. Outside those four we take bookings anywhere in India. Travel, and a stay for the crew where the distance needs one, are quoted on the enquiry rather than added later.
Destination weddings
Destination weddings are a regular part of the work. The whole stall travels — crew, printers, press and consumables — and the venue still only needs a table, a covered spot and two sockets.

We run a separate office for the south, so bookings in Hyderabad, Chennai and Bengaluru are covered by a local crew rather than travelling up from Chandigarh.
