Everything a planner needs to slot us into a run sheet
Output per hour, crew size, floor space, power load, setup and pack-up times, and what we need from the venue. Screenshot any of it. If a number below does not work for your venue, tell us on the enquiry rather than on the day — most of it has some give in it.
Output and crew
What the stall produces per hour, and how many people it takes to produce it.
| Magnets per hour, per artist | 60–70Photograph, print, trim and mount. Slower for the first 15 minutes while the queue forms. |
|---|---|
| Caricatures per hour, per artist | 12–15Single subject. A couple in one frame takes roughly twice as long. |
| Keychains per hour, per artist | 45–55 |
| Crew size | 2 to 4Two for a two-hour sangeet slot, four for a full wedding evening. |
| Queue handling | One crew member on the lineFrom the three-person package up. Keeps guests moving and stops the stall blocking a walkway. |
Space and power
What to reserve on the floor plan and what the electrician needs to know.
| Floor space, minimum | 8 ft × 6 ftWorkable, but the queue will spill sideways. |
|---|---|
| Floor space, comfortable | 10 ft × 8 ftFits the table, the crew behind it and a two-person queue depth. |
| Power | 2 × 5A socketsRoughly 1.2 kW total. Printers draw hardest during the first print of a batch. |
| Distance to socket | Within 15 ftThe crew carries a 15 ft extension. Further than that, tell us in advance. |
| Surface | Level and dryPrinters are not weatherproof. Grass is fine if it is flat and covered. |
Timing
Where the stall sits in the run sheet.
| Setup before guests arrive | 90 minutesCrew needs venue access at least this far ahead of the guest entry time. |
|---|---|
| Pack-up after close | 45 minutes |
| Running slot | 2 to 4 hoursBest placed during cocktails or between the ceremony and dinner. |
| Lead time to confirm | 7 days preferred48 hours is possible in the Tricity if the date is open. Peak season dates go early. |

One thing worth saying plainly
The single failure mode for a live stall is booking too few souvenirs for the guest count. A stall that runs dry an hour before the evening ends looks worse than no stall at all, and it is always a booking decision rather than a crew problem. Give us your real guest count and we will tell you what actually covers it, including when a smaller package is enough.
Questions planners ask
When in the evening should the stall run?
The gap between the ceremony and dinner is the best slot, when guests have arrived and have nothing to do. At a sangeet anywhere in the middle works, because people drift over between dances.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Regularly. The whole stall travels — crew, printers, press and consumables — so the venue still only needs a table, a covered spot and two sockets. Travel and a stay for the crew are quoted on the enquiry, never added afterwards.
How far in advance should we book?
A week is comfortable and 48 hours is possible in the Tricity if the date is open. Peak wedding season dates go early, so if you have a fixed date it is worth asking sooner even if nothing else is confirmed.
How many magnets can you make in an hour?
Sixty to seventy per hour, per artist, once the queue has settled. The first fifteen minutes are slower while people work out what the stall is. A four-artist booking clears a 500-guest wedding comfortably in a three-hour slot.
What does the venue need to provide?
One six-foot table, two chairs, a covered spot, and two 5A sockets within fifteen feet. Everything else — printers, camera, lighting, backdrop, consumables and signage — comes with the crew.
How much floor space does the stall take?
Eight feet by six is the minimum and ten by eight is comfortable. The larger footprint matters more than it sounds, because it is what stops the queue spilling into a walkway.
How long before the event do you arrive?
We need the venue floor ninety minutes before your guest entry time, and pack-up takes about forty-five minutes after we close. If your venue has a hard access window, tell us on the enquiry rather than on the day.
Do you travel outside the Tricity?
Yes — anywhere in India. Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur carry no travel charge. Up to 150 km we add a travel charge for a same-day return, beyond that one night's stay for the crew, and for anything further we quote travel and stay on the enquiry.
What if a printer stops working mid-event?
There are always two on the table and the second one is a live spare. A jam or a failure costs the queue a couple of minutes, not the evening.
Can the stall run outdoors?
Under a canopy, yes. Printers are not weatherproof and they stop working in direct sun or rain, so a roof over the counter is the one condition we do not bend on.
Checking availability for a date in Chandigarh or nearby?
Send the date and the venue. We will confirm whether it is open and what the setup window needs to be, usually the same day.
