Fridge magnet stall for weddings and events

We photograph your guests, print it, and hand them a magnet before they walk away.

Check your date

Tell us the date and guest count and we will come back with a firm number, usually the same day.

An approximate date is fine if it is not fixed yet.

A rough number. It is what decides the package.

Only if you want us to call rather than message.

Only if you need the quote in writing.

This form does not send anything by itself. It writes your details into a WhatsApp message for you to send, so nothing is stored anywhere.

60–70 magnets an hour, per artist

At a wedding in Chandigarh — tap to play with sound

Most wedding favours are opened in the car and forgotten by the weekend. A photo magnet is different, because it goes onto a fridge door and stays in someone's kitchen for years — which means your guests see the date every morning without being asked to. The stall runs live: guests are photographed against a backdrop, the photograph is printed on the spot, trimmed and mounted onto a magnet backing, and handed over while it is still warm. There is nothing to collect later and nothing to post out afterwards.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Guests step up

One person, a couple, a whole family — the backdrop takes up to six people comfortably.

  2. 02

    We photograph them

Our own camera and lighting, so it works in a dim banquet hall as well as on a lawn.

  3. 03

    It prints and mounts

Printed, trimmed and mounted onto the magnet backing at the counter, in front of them.

  4. 04

    They take it home

Handed over in about ninety seconds, with your names and the date already on it.

The fridge magnets stall running

  • Glossy square photo magnets with rounded corners laid out on a cream cloth, printed with family photos, a baby portrait and a group at a mountain viewpoint
  • A finished photo magnet held up at the counter, just off the press
  • The stall table mid-event, printer and press running, with finished magnets spread out in front
  • Finished photo magnets laid out in rows on the stall table beside the hand press
  • A guest standing at the magnet stall counter during an evening function
  • Photo magnets laid out across the stall table as guests stand nearby

Where we bring it

No travel charge anywhere in the Tricity. Outside those four we take bookings anywhere in India. Travel, and a stay for the crew where the distance needs one, are quoted on the enquiry rather than added later.

Destination weddings

Destination weddings are a regular part of the work. The whole stall travels — crew, printers, press and consumables — and the venue still only needs a table, a covered spot and two sockets.

Questions we get asked

What is the best stall for a wedding?

It depends almost entirely on guest count. Above 300 guests a magnet stall is the only one that reaches most of the room, at 60–70 an hour per artist. Below 150, a caricature artist reaches a similar share and holds a crowd while doing it.

What is the best wedding favour for guests?

The one with a place to live. A magnet goes on a fridge door and is still there a year later; a box of sweets is gone in three days and a trinket goes in a drawer. Personalised beats branded, because a guest keeps their own face, not your monogram.

What is a live fridge magnet stall?

A small counter set up at your venue with a camera, a printer and a press. Guests are photographed, the picture is printed and mounted onto a magnet in front of them, and they walk away holding it about ninety seconds later.

What are some fun activities for guests at a wedding?

Anything with a visible outcome beats anything that has to be organised. A live stall, a caricature artist or a staffed candy counter each give guests somewhere to walk to and something to take home, and nobody has to be talked into joining in.

Do you make acrylic magnets as well?

Yes. Alongside the glossy square magnet we make a clear acrylic panel printed with the same photograph. Both are made live at the counter — say which you would prefer on the enquiry and we will quote it.

Can a magnet stall replace the return gift?

That is what most couples book it for. Nothing has to be bought in advance, stored or handed out, nothing is left over, and every guest collects their own with your names and the date already on it.

How many magnets can you make in an hour?

Sixty to seventy per hour, per artist, once the queue has settled. The first fifteen minutes are slower while people work out what the stall is. A four-artist booking clears a 500-guest wedding comfortably in a three-hour slot.

Can we book more than one stall type?

Yes, and at larger weddings it works well — magnets handle volume while a caricature artist holds a crowd. Booking two together costs less than booking them as two separate events.

Can the souvenir carry our names or company logo?

That is the default. Weddings get the couple's names and the date; corporate bookings get the company logo on the souvenir, the backdrop and the stall signage. Send a vector logo file if you have one.

Tell us your date and we will tell you what it costs

Send us the date, the city and a rough guest count. You will get a straight answer, usually the same day.
