Four packages, sized by guest count. Every quote depends on three things — how many guests, how long the stall runs, and how far the venue is from Chandigarh — so we price each event rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most of them. Tell us your date and you will get a firm figure back, usually the same day.

How the quote is put together
- The quote depends on guest count, running time and how far the venue is from Chandigarh — nothing else.
- 50% confirms the date, balance on the event day.
- GST invoices are provided on request — say so on the enquiry and we will raise it in the company name.
- Travel is free across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur. Beyond that we take bookings anywhere in India, with travel and any crew stay quoted on the enquiry and never added later.
For corporate bookings
We raise a GST invoice in the company name on request, so the booking clears procurement without a follow-up. Give us the company name and GSTIN with the enquiry and it will be on the invoice from the start.

Questions about price
Do you make acrylic magnets as well?
Yes. Alongside the glossy square magnet we make a clear acrylic panel printed with the same photograph. Both are made live at the counter — say which you would prefer on the enquiry and we will quote it.
How many guests will actually use the stall?
Around 60% at a wedding, which is the number worth planning against. Multiply your guest count by that, divide by the running hours, and you have the per-hour rate the stall needs to hit.

What costs extra?
Souvenirs beyond the package count, running time beyond the booked slot, a custom printed backdrop, and travel beyond the Tricity. All of it is quoted on the enquiry — nothing appears for the first time on the invoice.
How much do you take to hold a date?
Fifty per cent confirms the date and the balance is due on the event day. One free reschedule is allowed up to seven days beforehand, subject to the new date being open.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes, on request. Say so on the enquiry and give us the company name and GSTIN, and we will raise it so it clears procurement without a follow-up.
What happens if you run out of magnets before the event ends?
We carry a buffer above the booked count, but the honest answer is to book the right number in the first place. Tell us your real guest count and we will tell you which package covers it.
Can we book more than one stall type?
Yes, and at larger weddings it works well — magnets handle volume while a caricature artist holds a crowd. Booking two together costs less than booking them as two separate events.
